  2. Hi Laurel, you have such a beautiful blog, and you had a post on unplugging from social media (something all teenagers should read!), so I’ve nominated you for the Liebster Award. You can accept, or not, as you wish. Any word on how your social media fast is going?

    • Thank you so much! Unplugging is definitely a process with good days and bad days. I’ve cut down a lot and I’m really trying to be mindful of how long I’m online instead of losing 3 or 4 hours in a daze like I used to. It’s not easy but the reward of being really present in real life is so worth it!

    • Thanks so much! I’m definitely not an expert on nutrition so I usually just point out the benefits of superfoods and try to share some healthy recipes. Food is such a personal thing and I don’t think any eating plan is a one-size-fits-all. Thanks for stopping by the blog 🙂
